This unit may not be sublet.  Your reservations are not transferable to another party without the permission of the owners of 682 Seascape 7C.  Any violation could result in your eviction and forfeiture of any monies.

 

Please keep property and furnishing in good order. If you find something broken or not working properly please notify us immediately so we can fix and/or replace damaged items.  

 

  • Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit or on the patio.

  • Pets are NOT allowed inside the unit.

  • Please observe the code enforced quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

PARKING

The Seascape Resort is a secure gated property. When arriving on the grounds a guard will greet you at either gate. Please notify them that you are checking in as a guest of 682 Seascape 7C golf villa. 
 

Please note:
 

  • Please completely fill out parking pass information to avoid any fines from the HOA.
     

  • Keep the parking pass hanging from the rearview mirror the entire time you are parking at Seascape Resort, otherwise your vehicle is subject to tow. 
     

  • There is a limit of two parking passes per unit, parking spots are not designated and are located around the property building. Seascape property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. 

 

WI-FI

There is complementary guest WiFi in the condo. The guest Wi-Fi is seascape-guest-encowifi.co_2GEXT. You will receive the wi-fi password prior to your stay. It is also located in a small frame in the living room between the sliding doors for your convenience.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please contact us if you plan to arrive after 5pm CST on the date of your arrival.

LATE CHECK OUT

Check-Out time is promptly at 10:00 A.M. We DO NOT allow late departures. Guest will be billed ½ days rental for late check outs.

CONSTRUCTION
We cannot predict construction plans in the area and therefore cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience. No refunds can be given in the event of nearby construction.

AIR CONDITIONER

Please do not set the air conditioner below 72 degrees as this will cause the unit to freeze.  Please do not have the balcony door open while running the air conditioner. 

 

POOL WRIST BANDS

There are pool wrist bands in the unit - 1 for each person staying. If there are not enough there, please contact us immediately to let us know.

 

* Important Note: You are responsible for these wrist bands and if they are lost OR damaged there will be a $25 charge for each wrist band. These bracelets must be worn while at the pool at all times. Children under 12 years of age are not required to wear a bracelet.

 

POOL

There is no glass allowed in the pool area.  Please feel free to take a cooler filled with the beverage of your choice in cans or plastic bottles. Dispose of them in the trash receptacles within the pool area.

GRILLING

Charcoal grills available throughout complex.

* Important Note:  WALTON COUNTY STRICTLY FORBIDS ANY GAS GRILLS OR OPEN FIRES ON THE DECK ANY VIOLATION COULD RESULTS IN CRIMINAL PROSECUTION, EVICTION, AND THE FORFEITURE OF ANY MONIES.

HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service.  While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.  We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit to the beach. Beach/pool towels are provided in our unit.

 

BEACH TOWELS

We provide beach towels for your use at the beach and pools. If you choose to use them, please leave any sandy towels outside the front door on the hooks. 

* Important Note:  Do not hang beach towels or any other items from the rails of the deck area. If seen, Security will be called and you will be assessed a $100 fine.  You can use the hooks out by the front door or lay a towel over a chair/the swing.

 

BEACH ITEMS

There is an exterior storage closet with various beach items on the first floor near the trash receptacles for your use and enjoyment. 
 

- If the items are extremely sandy, please brush or wash them off with the hose located near the entrances to Seascape before bringing them back inside the condo. The closest hose for rinsing sandy items is located at the rinse station by the Lakefront Villas.

 

- Please feel free to leave any beach items you do not wish to take home so others can enjoy them. 

 

- If something is broken or old please throw it away and mention to management on the night before your departure.

WASHER/DRYER

There is an in-building coin operated washer and dryer for your use. Prices are usually $1.75 (in quarters) per load for washing or drying.

HIGH-CHAIR/BABY GATE

These are provided for your use and are located in the closet in one of bedrooms. Please wipe down the high-chair them after use.

 

BOARD GAMES

Board games/cards are located in the top long drawer of tv armoire.  No paints of any kind are allowed in the unit. Markers should be "washable".

 

* PLEASE NOTE: If your child/children use markers or crayons on any surface and it's not removable, you will be responsible for the cleaning fee or replacement fee of that item.

 

MAINTENANCE ISSUES

During your stay, promptly report any maintenance problems to us. The property manager may enter the property to respond to any maintenance and/or housekeeping issues during your stay. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, telephone, television or cable service, appliances, etc.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

In order to provide our guests with the best vacation possible, we ask that all damages to the property upon arrival are reported to us and documented. The property manager does a walk-through after your stay to make sure there is no damage to the unit.

 

You will not be charged additional fees if there is:
• No damage to the property or theft.

• No violations of rental or association policies.
• Rental is left in a neat and orderly condition.

• All garbage is removed from the house (Bagged/Sealed) and pool areas and all wrist bands & parking passes remain in the house.

We will notify you of impending charges by email; however, we reserve the right to invoice or bill your credit card for violations to the policy.

 

BATHROOM

There are Hair Dryers in both bathrooms. Please leave them in the bathroom upon departure.
 

FURNISHINGS
This unit is privately owned. You may not agree with the placement of items, furnishings, and/or mattress comfort level; however, this is the arrangement preferred by the owner. We encourage you to call us if you have any comments or concerns. No refunds or rate adjustment will be given due to owners’ choices on furnishings.

 

TURTLES

May through October is turtle nesting season! Remember to fill in any holes dug in the sand and level any sand castles built prior to leaving. We want the females and hatchlings to have a clear and safe pathway with no obstructions that may trap them. If you have the privilege of seeing a turtle come to shore to nest stay back and give her space – simply be in the moment! Please do not take pictures or videos as this will prevent her from nesting. All sea turtles are protected by the Endangered Species Act and it is a felony to interfere with nesting or hatchlings.  

OWNER'S CLOSET

Our unit has interior locked closets (Owners Closet & Housekeeping Closet) that are off limits to guests.
