• Check in is 4:00 PM on the date of your arrival. 

Should your room be ready prior to 4:00 PM, we will text you so you can start enjoying your vacation as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there may be an unavoidable delay due to cleaning or maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in.  Our Property Management Team strives to limit the amount of time between guests departing and those arriving. If you arrive early or have a delay, please feel free to enjoy the beach or explore the area until you are able to check into the unit.  

 

• Kaba Lock door system.

Our property utilizes as Kaba lock, which is a digital lock on the front door that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay. Our Property Management Team has a separate code.

 

Approximately 2 days prior to check in, you will receive an email with details about the Vacation Rental Property.  These details include WiFi information, access to pools and fitness centers, and other important information.

• Items available during your stay...

We will provide 2 laundry detergent pods, but suggest that you bring detergent if you plan on using the washer/dryer more than once.  We will supply a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom as well as bars of soap, shampoo, and 2 packets of dishwasher detergent. This property comes with linens, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.  We do not provide daily linen service but should you be interested in that please let us know so we can arrange for that. There is a fee for each service.  Each unit also comes with an in-building coin operated washer and dryer for your use.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

Check out time is 10 AM the day of departure. 

Please text our Property Manager at 850-687-2682 when you leave with “ADI 602 checking out”.  We especially appreciate this if you are checking out early as this gets our unit on the list for early guest prep.

Please make sure the door closes behind you when you leave the unit. 

Please do not turn off the air conditioner or set it below 72 degrees as it will freeze the unit.

Please make sure all the dirty dishes have been placed in the dishwasher and it is turned on.

Please clean the refrigerator out of all items.

Please leave linens on the beds.

Please make sure all your laundry has been removed from the washer and dryer.

Please make sure all 8 yellow swim bracelets have been placed back in the bowl. 

Please make sure all 8 beach towels have been washed and folded.

Please make sure all the trash has been taken out.

Please sign the Guest Book!!

FORT WALTON BEACH, FL

Fort Walton Beach is a small city in the Florida Panhandle. It’s known for fine white-sand beaches on adjacent Okaloosa Island. The island’s Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is home to dolphins, penguins and alligators. The Indian Temple Mound Museum includes the prehistoric Temple Mound and Native American artifacts. PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL

In addition, when it comes to cities high on aviation, this Northwest Florida city is Top Gun. Not only is Pensacola the place where all naval pilots train; it also is home to the impressive National Naval Aviation Museum and the Blue Angels Naval aerobatics team.
