CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

• Check-Out Time

- On the day of your departure, check-out time is 10 AM.

• Refrigerator

- You may leave unopened food items as we will donate these to a food shelter. Please remove any cooked leftovers or opened items you can say dip a spoon or knife into from the fridge. However, you can leave "squeezable" (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.) in the unit.

* Note:
 Please do not take leftovers home in the plastic containers that belong to the unit. 

 

• Trash Removal

- There are trash receptacles on the exterior of the building near the outside storage closet. Please place all trash and recyclables in there on the day you leave.

• Dishwasher

- Please load the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes or silverware and run it.

• Parking Passes

- Leave parking passes on counter.

• Pool Wrist Bands

- Do not forget you must leave the pool wrist bands on the counter. You should have the same number of pool bands that were given to you upon arrival.  
 

* Important Note: There is a $25.00 PER WRIST BAND replacement fee.

• Check All Outlets

- Please check all outlets for phone, tablet and game chargers.

• Drawers/Closets

- Be sure to check all drawers, closets, under beds and showers for your belongings.

• Windows, Doors  Lights

- Please make sure windows and doors (especially sliding) are closed and locked. Turn off all lights.

• Air Conditioner/Heat

- Do not turn off the air conditioner, instead please set the air conditioner to 75 degrees.

• Laundry (Bath Towels, Washcloths, Dish Towels, Bed Sheets, etc.)

- Please place all dirty dish towels, bath towels & wash cloths, strip all USED beds of their sheets and place the dirty laundry in the laundry baskets located in the mirrored hall closet. You can leave the laundry baskets out in the hallway or at the foot of the bed in one of the bedrooms if it's super full & over flowing.

* Please Note: Dirty/used/sandy beach towels can left hanging on the hooks outside the front door.

• Contact Us the Night Before Departure

- Please call or text management (3D Beach Rentals at 850-376-8199) the night BEFORE your departure to let them know you'll be leaving our unit by 10 am the next day.

• Sign our Guest Book!

- Please sign our guest book.

We Prioritize Your Health & Safety Using Science-backed Cleaning Methods

Our extraordinary antiviral precautions employ CDC approved disinfectants and sanitizers throughout the unit that kill COVID-19. Anything you can touch our team already has, using the proper disinfectant. From light switches, remotes, door handles and faucets to counter tops, table tops and even waste baskets. Lastly, our Inspector takes one final, hands-free walk-through before your arrival. 

 

We have always and will continue to supply soap, clean towels, clean linens, and a clean and fresh set of bed comforters and blankets, for each and every guest that stays with us. For an additional fee, you can request extra housekeeping services during your stay. Just contact us if you would like this service.

Cleaning the Counter

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

WELCOME! We hope you enjoy your stay! Below is a summary of the villa's check-in procedure.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable. 

• Location - 682 Seascape Dr. #7C, Miramar Beach FL 32550
 

The villa is located within the Seascape Resort in what's considered the "Triangle". There are 3 gate entrances - Guest should enter through one of the following 2 gates:
 

- North gate (off Emerald Coast Pkwy & Seascape Drive) or the
 

- Southeast gate (off Scenic Highway 98/Gulf Drive & Seascape Blvd. by the Majestic Sun Resort Condominium tower).
 

- The Southwest gate (off the Scenic Highway 98/Gulf Drive & Seascape Dr. by the Shell gas station & Circle K) is for owners to enter through and requires a key card pass to enter through although guests CAN exit through it (it has motion detection when leaving).

• Check-in is 4:00 PM on the date of your arrival. 
 

Normal check-in time is 4:00pm but if your room is ready prior, we will inform you so you can start enjoying your vacation as soon as possible. Should there may be an unavoidable delay due to cleaning or maintenance issues, there will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Our Property Management Team strives to limit the amount of time between guests departing and those arriving. If you arrive early or have a delay, please feel free to enjoy the beach or explore the area until you are able to check into the unit. 


* Please Note: The Seascape Resort HOA office is NOT a check-in desk, NOT an information desk and NOT luggage storage area. 

 

• Kaba Lock front door system.
 

Our unit utilizes as Kaba lock, which is a digital lock on the front door that requires a unique code to enter. Approximately 1 day prior to check-in, you will be given this door code to be used during your stay. The code is reset after each guest’s stay. 

• Vehicle Passes
 

- A valid vehicle pass is left on the counter in the unit for you to display prominently while on the premises (whether driving or parked). 
 

- Vehicle passes should be hung from the rear view mirror or placed on the dashboard on the driver’s side. 
 

- Vehicle passes are single-use passes (one per vehicle) and required for ALL vehicles, including motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, scoot cars, golf carts, etc. 
 

- As stated on the front of the vehicle passes, failure to accurately complete the vehicle pass fields will result in a $25.00 ticket.
Other violations of HOA parking and traffic rules may result in other fines.

 

- Recreational vehicles and trailers owned by rental guests and other visitors are NOT permitted at Seascape overnight.

 

- Please leave passes back in the unit counter upon check out. 

• Pool Wrist Band Passes

4 Rubber Pool Wrist Bands are located in the unit. These are to be warn on each person while at the pool and left back in the unit at the end of your stay.

• Wi-Fi

The guest Wi-Fi is seascape-guest-encowifi.co_2GEXT. You will receive the wi-fi password prior to your stay. It is also located in a small frame in the living room between the sliding doors for your convenience.

• TV/Cable

The main control for the TV is the Cox remote.  Press the TV button at the top then power to turn on the TV.  Then push the cable button at the top and press power.  Now the cable and TV are powered up. There is a full list of cable channels in the unit.

• Trash Disposal

Trash bags can be placed in the plastic receptacle outside near the storage units. Trash is picked up twice a week. 

• Supplies & Laundry

- We will provide 2 laundry detergent pods, but suggest that you bring detergent if you plan on using the washer/dryer more than once. 

 

- We will supply a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom as well as a small bar of soap, shampoo, and 2 packets of dishwasher detergent.

 

- This property comes with linens, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We do not provide daily linen service but should you be interested in that please let us know so we can arrange for that. There is a fee for each service.  Each unit also comes with an in-building coin operated washer and dryer for your use. Prices are usually $1.75 (in quarters) per load for washing or drying.
