BASKETBALL & VOLLEYBALL
Basketball at Seascape
Seascape’s basketball court was transformed in 2020 into a multi-surface sport court with two hoops. The basketball court is open daily from dawn to dusk.
The basketball court is free for use by all Seascape owners, renters, and guests. Seascape wrist bands are required on the court.
The basketball court is located on the west side of Seascape, on N. Driftwood Bay near Tennis Village. Refer to the map at the beginning of this section.

COURT USAGE:

For Seascape owners, guests and renters only

Use courts at own risk

Keep noise to a minimum in respect of residents

Usage on a first come basis

Limit play to 1 hour if others are waiting

Play fair & friendly

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Non-basketball activities on the court must yield the court to basketball players

Do not hang on the rim or otherwise use the basketball court in an inappropriate or hazardous manner
NOT ALLOWED ON COURT:

Food, glass, or alcoholic beverages

Smoking or Vaping
-
Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc.
Beach Volleyball

Seascape’s beach volleyball court is located on the beach, just east of Whale’s Tail.

Play is on a first come, first serve basis.

The volleyball court is free for use by all Seascape owners, renters, guests and other beach patrons.

Seascape wrist bands are NOT required on the court.
